I do both. I only have 3 kegs so sometimes I have to bottle. I prefer to keg and the fill up bottles from the keg as needed.

Yep, same here. We have a blichmann gun but my buddy scoundrel found a guy on HBT that makes a bottle filler that plugs right up in the tap. We'll have to do a post on it some time.
